Information We Collect

RPower adheres to a stringent “No spyware” policy. At no times will RPower monitor, collect, or store any personally identifiable information. RPower may collect non-personally identifiable information while you are visiting sites within our represented networks. Non-personally identifiable information is information that cannot be tracked to a specific individual.  Examples of the non-personally identifiable information we may collect can include website surfing data, IP addresses, visited web pages, time and date, and whether or not a piece of display media was clicked on. This data is predominantly collected through the placement and use of ‘cookies’.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small file downloaded to your computer from visited websites which allows those websites to recognize you upon return. RPower may use cookies to assist in analytics and sales or to ensure you do not see our ads repeatedly. RPower does not use cookies to gather personally identifiable information or track your activities on the Web.

To delete placed cookies on your computer, use the following operation:

• Start Internet Explorer
• On the Tools menu, click Internet Options
• Click the General tab
• Click Delete Cookies, then click OK

RPower may place advertisements of third-party advertisers on the sites that you are visiting.  If you choose to click on these advertisements, RPower may provide non-personally identifiable information to the advertiser or site publisher.  Also, the site publisher or the third party may use cookies to collect the same non-identifiable information when you are visiting the sites. In such case, the collected information is governed by their individual privacy policies. RPower enforces a strict code of conduct to all advertisers and publishers in their collection and use of both personally and non-personally identifiable information.

Use of Collected Information

RPower may use collected non-personally identifiable information to optimize the quality of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing the most relevant ads for our represented sites, reducing the frequency of ads shown, and diagnosing any issues.

Personally Identifiable Information

RPower does not directly collect personally identifiable information; however, we may publish display media from third parties which does. In such case, you may be asked to remit personal information, such as your name, address, or other information in the process of completing your offer, survey or other action. This information is not recorded by RPower and is governed by the third parties’ individual privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy
